Learn essential skills to construct top rope anchors at the Sandstone Ice Park and rappel safely and learn the wonderful (and somewhat scary ) art of placing ice screws, and building ice screw and V or A-thread anchors. Many transferrable skills and knowledge to also apply to rock climbing or to first steps to leading backcountry ice or alpine climbing. All are welcome no prior knowledge required but familiarity with basic knots would be helpful.
